Terms of Sale

These are our standard commercial terms for export orders, provided for reference when you request a quotation. Where a signed sales contract or proforma invoice states otherwise, that document prevails.

1. Quotations

Quotations are issued in USD (or EUR) and remain valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Unless a different Incoterm is written on the quotation, prices are quoted FOB Chinese port. Import duties, destination port charges and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Minimum order

Standard minimum order is 1×20ft container. Trial orders below one container (LCL) can be arranged on request, subject to a handling surcharge. Density, thickness and dimension combinations below one full container are quoted per combination.

3. Orders, payment and documents

Payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Letter of credit at sight can be accepted on request. Shipping documents issued with each shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and the batch test report for the supplied production lot.

4. Lead time

Production is typically 15–20 days after receipt of deposit, subject to the current production schedule and vessel space. We confirm the shipment date in writing before you arrange payment.

5. Samples

Sample kits of boards, strips and rolls are provided free of charge; freight is collected. Sample density and thickness are stated in the accompanying test report.

6. Specifications and tolerances

Dimensions, density, and thermal and fire performance are supplied as confirmed on the approved data sheet or drawing for your order. Tolerances follow GB/T 25975-2018 or the applicable EN 13162 requirement stated on the data sheet. Custom density, size and facing are available for volume orders.

7. Custom and made-to-order goods

Made-to-order density, dimension, facing and printed packaging cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. Please confirm drawings, labels and packaging artwork in writing before we release the order to the line.

8. Claims

Please inspect the goods on arrival. Quantity or quality claims should reach us within 30 days of arrival, with photographs, container and batch numbers, and where available a third-party inspection report. Where a claim is accepted, our liability is limited to replacement of the affected material or a credit for its invoice value.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, port closures, strikes, or government action. The affected party will notify the other promptly and the delivery date will be extended accordingly.

10. Governing law

The governing law, jurisdiction and arbitration venue applicable to each sale are as agreed in the individual sales contract.
