Taishi Energy Conservation Materials Co., Ltd. is a state-level high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development, production, sales and service of new energy-saving products. Established in September 2011 with a registered capital of 300 million RMB, the company is headquartered at the foot of Mount Tai in Tai’an, Shandong, and operates as a large group with 10 basalt fiber and stone wool production lines and an annual production capacity of 800,000 tonnes, supported by 1,200+ employees across seven production bases.
Taishi rock wool uses natural basalt as the main raw material. The stone is melted at over 1,450 °C, mixed with binder and water repellent, then laid uniformly by the pendulum process and cured into rock wool boards, strips, blankets, pipe sections and other products. The fibres are long and fine with low shot content, giving excellent thermal insulation and fire performance.
